| MINIMUM STAY |
- A minimum stay of three nights in condominiums and one week in homes applies during summer and peak summer seasons
- During non-summer seasons other minimums also apply
- October through March monthly reservations are available

| RESERVATION DEPOSIT |
- Reservation deposit will be 50% of your base rent
- Deposit may be paid via MasterCard or Visa at the time the reservation is made
- The reservation deposit is a portion of your rent to be applied to your grand total and will NOT be refunded following your departure

- Lodging tax varies by the property location

| FINAL PAYMENT |
- Your final payment, less your reservation deposit, is required 30 days prior to arrival at your condominium and 60 days prior to your arrival for house rentals. Payment may be made by MasterCard or Visa.

| CONFIRMATION |
- A confirmation listing rules, regulations, dates of visit, directions, code to your front door and property information will be e-mailed to you when your reservation deposit is processed. Please carefully CHECK your confirmation and if necessary call (800/981-2311) or e-mail viprentals@gulftel.com immediately for corrections to be made.

| DATE CHANGE, PROPERTY CHANGE OR CANCELLATION |
- 30 day minimum notice for condominium rentals

| REFUNDS |
- Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range of 30 days for condominiums, 60 days for houses, 90 days for monthly rentals and mandatory evacuation in the area where your rental property is located.

| RENTAL OCCUPANCY |
- The listed LIMIT number indicates the maximum number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time.
- All rules and regulations at each property must be strictly observed. Only responsible adults of legal contractual age may contract for rental. Identification must be furnished upon request.
- ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. VIOLATIONS OF RENTAL OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS ARE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF RENT.

| DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Please leave the property reasonably clean and in order or additional cleaning charges may apply
- Please leave kitchen items (dishes, silverware, etc.) clean and returned to their proper place
- Please dispose of all trash in proper outside containers
- Please lock all doors and windows • Please leave all beds unmade
- Please leave the air conditioner set at 78º in summer and in winter set the heat at 65º
